Philosophy
Our goal is to provide the best MA real estate service possible in an ever changing and demanding industry. We feel the best way to accomplish our goals is to concentrate on three aspects that we find crucial in succeeding in real estate. Experience We have a thorough knowledge of the Boston real estate market and Metro Boston community. We know which neighborhoods will best fit clients' needs and budgets. Technology
Real Estate is an industry where technology is an integral part of the workday. There may be no greater change in the real estate industry over the last decade. A real estate agent must be mobile, accessible and be able to multitask. The nature of our business is to serve our customers and we can't do that by sitting behind a desk, so we need technology that will keep us in touch with clients, customers and MA MLS when away from the office. New England Real Estate uses it as our strategic advantage. The ability to offer our online office to literally taking the office on the road by using technologies like palm pilots, cell phones and lap tops is especially important for professionals in the real estate industry.
Education
Knowledge of current real estate aspects is essential for providing clients and customer's quality service. The real estate business involves many specialties and requires knowledge of many fields. Continuing education increases knowledge and skills while enhancing opportunities for success.
