NewEngland1.com offers vacation property owners a forum to advertise their property with a Worpress platform. Advertising or posting this way enables owners to expose their property listing in the same manner as bloggers have been doing for years while reaping the benefits from the search engines. This site will be a work in progress over the next few months. We have currently finished an upgrade that will provide more usability and control to the owners for displaying and editing their ads as well as a more streamlined design that will benefit renters searching for vacation rentals in New England. We now offer advertising to businesses, restaurants and stores that we feel vacation renters may benefit from with its detailed information. My best advice for a full summer rental at the price you are referencing would be to contact local real estate agents in the area or town you want to stay in. Most “vacation rentals” tend to be rented nightly and weekly and starting prices are rarely below $100.00 per night. A local real estate agent will probably have listings for seasonal rentals.
