The property has been designated as an Essential Habitat for Nesting Bald Eagles.

It’s located on a private road, in a community that features a private 12-acre nature park, with a 2-mile walking path (great for your morning jog or afternoon walk). It’s just a 15-minute drive to downtown Bar Harbor—where you’ll find great seafood, restaurants and shopping—and a 12-minute drive to the entrance to Acadia National Park, Maine’s most beautiful vacation destination. The Park offers mountain hiking, bicycling, beaching, and some of the most beautiful vistas in the world!

The entire 2nd floor is the large master bedroom and bath, and has a balcony overlooking the ocean view and skylights. The first floor features one queen bedroom, a twin (2) bedroom, kitchen, bath, dining area, living room, and a large wooden deck facing the ocean. Amenities include cable TV, DVD, VCR, stereo, computer with high speed internet (cable), large bathtub (master bath), king bed in master bedroom, deck furniture, barbeque grill, as well as many of the much-needed comforts of home!
