Marketing, Marketing, MarketingEveryone knows the three most important words in real estate are, location, location, location. But, the three most important words when selling real estate are, marketing, marketing, marketing. Homeowners who list their MA Real Estate with New England Real Estate Company are secure in the fact that we don’t simply list homes, we market homes. We feel that our "5 Point Marketing" raises our marketing techniques to a higher level than our competition and that is rewarded with higher results. |

5 Point MarketingIn all the years I have been involved in real estate I have strongly expressed the need for a plan when maketing real estate for sale. Anyone can stick a "for sale" sign in the yard. In a hot market, sometimes, that's all you need to do but most homes don't sell to the first person who walks through the door. Therefore, you need plan. Not a plan after the property has been on the market for a month.. or three. A plan from day one. |
