This Sunday River house can be rented as either the Upper Unit (we call it the Maine Unit) With 4 bedroom’s. The Lower Unit can be rented separately (4 bedroom’s) (we call this the Mahoosuc Unit). Some holidays and summers the house is rented only as one big 8 bedroom house.

“WindSong” is a 6 bedroom, 5,500 s.f. estate located in the idyllic Powder Ridge community with outstanding views of the trails at Sunday River Ski Resort. Available for family vacations, social gatherings, reunions, weddings, golf outings or those last-minute getaways, this home’s wide-open floor plan was built for entertainment and relaxation. Situated on 4.5 acres and surrounded by sweeping mountain views, it offers a private in-ground swimming pool and hot tub, outdoor grill, covered tiki bar, wrap-around porch and game room. A custom-built Corinthian granite fireplace, 17-foot cathedral ceilings and great room layout (enabling uninterrupted entertaining from the kitchen to the living room), set this three-story rental apart. Six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms accommodate 16 people. All rentals include premium parking pass for the base lodge at Sunday River, just five minutes from WindSong.

Fantastic Tri-level Townhouses located slope side with direct ski-on, ski-off access to Ridge Run Express, 15 feet from front door. Both units offer spectacular panoramic views of Sunday River Ski Resort from all three levels.

TOWNHOUSE #1 – Sleeps 8
Top Floor
This floor has two bedrooms and a full bath.

The master bedroom features a new queen bed and furnishings.

Sunday River Ski on/Ski off Townhouse

The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a trundle, as well as a twin bed tucked into a closet (kids love this snuggly hideaway — fine for an adult, too, as long as you don’t sit up too quickly). This room sleeps four.

Middle Level
The inviting living/dining area beckons you to light a fire and relax with friends and family. A fully equipped kitchen is also on this level, but no bed or bath rooms. New couches complete the room.

First Floor
The first floor consists of a master suite featuring a queen bed, gas fireplace, and a full bathroom. Like the master bedroom upstairs, this room also has new furnishings.
