Regardless of your desires to ski, swim, golf, snow mobile, shop or dine there is something for everyone at our charming four season vacation home with its open floor plan. Just five minutes from downtown Wilmington VT and a few more to Mount Snow Ski Resort there are great golf courses with instruction, lakes with fishing and boating and less than half a mile from the VAST snow mobile trails. Stratton mountain is about 35 minutes. This comfortable home sleeps 8 with three bedrooms, and two full baths. A wood burning stove in the large living room adjoins the dining area and fully stocked kitchen. Each bedroom has it’s own TV. There is a 31 inch TV in the living room and all TVs have cable access. Plenty of off street parking on our private level double lot for privacy, near the stocked fishing/skating pond. Features include a washer/dryer, screened porch and deck. Cooking utensils, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave are included.
The home is very private and quiet on a double lot in the lower level section of Chimney Hill. It is located near the pond which is stocked with trout in the summer and offers ice-skating with a warming hut in the winter. There is a maintained trail system (VAST in winter), that offers snowmobiling throughout Vermont into Canada. There are hiking and biking trails nearby.

This three-season cottage is on Lake Iroquois, just a short drive from the greater Burlington VT area. It is insulated and comfortable year-round, with a gas fireplace, but we generally limit rentals to April through November. It has a full kitchen, including dishwasher. A deck overlooks our lake frontage, which is down a short path. The lake is good for swimming and fishing–fish include smallmouth bass, northern pike, and others such as, of course, perch. We furnish a canoe for your use. The cottage is fully furnished, including sheets, towels, cookware, dishes, etc. We even stock a modest amount of food in the fridge, appropriate for breakfasts, so you won’t have to pack a lot of stuff and you won’t have to shop for supplies right away.

Swim and fish in summer, ski in winter, get away for a relaxing vacation any time of year in once of the most scenic parts of Vermont. Metcalf Pond is a small lake, shallow some distance from shore so safe for kids to swim. We furnish a rowboat, canoe, kayak, and/or paddleboat. The cottage is large–house-size, with all the comforts of home. For winter guests, it is only 13 miles from world-class skiing at Smugglers Notch. In exchange for that short drive, your lodging costs only a fraction of what you would pay right at the slopes. This is a rural area, quiet most of the year, but the area draws people from throughout the area on hot summer afternoons. Our lake frontage is shared with a neighboring cottage that we also own, but each cottage has its own separate dock.

You can’t beat this location. Nestled in a quiet private setting at the end of a country road gives you the escape you need but with easy access to Rt 100. We are close to Mount Snow, Stratton, Bromley and Magic. Okemo and Killington are only a short drive away.

Don’t ski ?? try snowmobiling or tubing and there’s plenty of shopping and fine or casual restaurants. This cozy chalet has 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, a large porch, woodstove, large fully equipped kitchen, microwave, DVD, satellite TV, multiple TVs with VCRs, plenty of movies and games. Beds: 1 queen, 6 great bunks plus futon. There’s also a loft that the kids will love! All the amenities and charm to make this your home away from home!

In the heart of Southern Vermont winter fun. Between Mount Snow (6miles) and Stratton (10miles). Located on a private road that is very well maintained and plowed. Loads of activities at the nearby ski areas. Whether you want a romantic dinner at Fenessy’s or the Dover Forge or a casual setting at Deegan’s Tavern or TC’s Grille, there are plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping. In the evenings, you can go snow tubing or stay ‘at home’ with games, movies or a cozy fire in our woodstove.
